About

Bisaya refers to the people or dialect spreading mostly around the Visayas and Mindanao.

“Ara Diri Tanan”, what does it mean?

It is a combination of two or three Bisaya dialects which means “Everything is Here”.

Bisaya.com was acquired in March 2011, and is managed by Gwapito, a proud Bisaya.

I used to frequently visit the domain about 10 years ago. It was formerly owned by an American, ironically. The site was basically a online dictionary. It was very useful for me at least. So I decided to mimic the content to give others to know more about the much maligned language in the Philippines.
